Didn't Amos start showing a bit more attacking verve again at Stevenage - I seem to remember watching highlights and reading write ups saying he was bombing own a bit more and getting involved in attacking play more - whereas with us the last 2/3 years he'd been more of a busy **** and then played at LB (for some strange reason)?

Think he was played as a strict DM and lb in the last couple of years at Spurs whereas at Stevenage he was playing a DM with licence to go forward when appropriate - and definitely looked a much better player.

As an u16 he was played as an AM so think licence to get forward is something he enjoyed at Stevenage

Maybe if we keep Poch as head of recruitment there's a chance he might one day, he's big and powerful after all?

Dale Stephens is anything but big and powerful.

He's a 5 ft 7, 29 year old central midfielder playing for a team struggling to stay in the Premier League. Which to be fair, Luke Amos would probably dream of doing at that age.

Brandon Bryan Waugh and Jordan Hackett ( both defenders) included in E u15 squad for the 'nations tournament, and Aaron Maguire (gk) called up for republic of Ireland u15.

So all 3 may or may not appear in the ,u15 match v MK Dons u15 at their place tomorrow night

Lilywhite Rose
Training looking a bit depleted at Hotspur Way yesterday.
Those involved:
Lloris, Gazzaniga, Vorm, Whiteman
Alderweireld, Sanchez, Foyth
Trippier, KWP, Rose, Davies
Dier, Skipp, Marsh, White, Bowden, Eriksen
Son, Moura, Llorente, Janssen, Parrott

👍

Roles and Hinds trained as well, potentially others such as Dinzeyi, Tracey and Oakley-Boothe who weren’t pictured.

International call ups are for a couple of weeks time, so all those players (post above) might appear tonight v MK Dons u15's, but I understand Dane Scarlett u15 star striker is injured, Jamie Donley (u14 striker) may well play up.
