The things I'm talking about are 'coached' things. Someone could explain them to you but you don't expect to do that after paying 100M for someone. We're talking rudiments not tactics...like knowing where the mistake has to be before making a play...not letting the ball run in the fucking MF...
But there has to still be an element of coaching.
Caiceido was able to function pretty well in De Zerbi’s quite complex tactical set up.

I’ve always (well from a couple of years into his time with us) had my doubts about Pochettino. One of the reasons I didn’t want him back.
I think he’s got good intentions, and is a decent coach but ultimately I think he may just be lacking what people like Klopp have.
