In 5th place with 30 points from 16 games (1.9 ppg thanks to excellent start to season)
- 3 points behind Mancity in 4th place
- 5 points behind 3rd place
- 6 points behind 2nd place
- 7 points behind top of table

Still most of the games to play this season.

Now a 5 day break before NottsForest on Friday allowing players a full rest

Then an 8 day break before 3 games in 8 days to end December,

I loved the game, I’m over the moon at the team’s excellent performance but that doesn’t mean I can’t express disappointment at the loss of a clean sheet, which is a big deal.
 
Breath of fresh air having Dawson in the studio bigging up the Spurs performance and pointing out what aspects of the game Spurs handled well. The great part is that it is making it really awkward for Redknapp not to join in. There’s nothing Redknapp likes better than to give us feint praise on one hand so that he can follow it up with a list of little digs. He’s even being fairly reasonable about Romero. It must be killing him.
