Surely playing at the wrong level now if he's finding it that easy.

Maybe split his time with the U21's or PL2 whatever it's called.

Just back from injury

He's 6 months into his Year 1 Academy scholarship where usually he might be expected to cementing a place in u18's, but he actually started playing u18's early last season and is now showing he's mastered that.

In 2nd half of the season he'll be playing more in u21's - and I'm hoping that players like Santiago (21 earlier this month and u21 left winger) will be sent n his first loan in this window to help make room for him as Spurs had a very strong u21 forward line in first half of the season - one reason why they top the u21 league despite just avoiding relegation last season !

To back this up. It’s too early to promote him dramatically, IMO, as he must not have his physical development damaged by bigger players too soon.

Think a dripping into the U21’s second half the season, dropped back for bigger games, is the right call. He’s not fully developed and that must be protected at all costs, look at Ansu as a marker of what can (and often does) happen, when talent breaches physical readiness and Coaches get intoxicated on the now and not the career.

He looks like one who may be ready for a few minutest here and there by 18, but pray they get his long term right by not throwing him into men’s football too early.

Due to his prodigious talent, communicating this to him clearly and supporting ly is very important, as he won’t see that bigger picture, if not clearly shown. A first team debut late this season, as a marker, would be nice if he continues the output (again though, letting him know, this is a marker of talent and success thus far, not a marker of readiness for regular first squad place).

If we are signing a young talent like Nusa, there is clearly no rush for Mikey Moore. Nusa is 2-3 years older so by the time he's 23/24, Moore is 21/22 and ready for regular minutes in the first team.

Only need to look at Saka to realize there is no rush with young players to play premier league football too soon and the intensity of this league can burn through the total miles a players legs have in their career.

Yep, maybe 19-20 if fully grown, is a time for many, 21 is most often the time all growth and strengthening phases are complete (enough).

Think if Moore got minutes in the Prem and he gets Matty Cashed, that whilst growing may be catastrophic for his career.

100% agree that there’s no rush for Moore to play in the Prem or go out on loan to L1 or the Championship - But it looks likes he’s mastered U18s - his stats are ridiculous. Nothing more for him to accomplish.

So he needs to play in the U21s/PL2 - which I understand is not a very physical league. Hopefully in a year or two, he’s dominating PL2 as well - at which point, he’ll need to go to Plymouth on loan.

Massive future

He's gonna be in the first team within 2 years...
I imagine the CL winning Squad of 2030 will have quite a few of the current young crop of players in it...

Mikey Moore, Alfie Devine, Udogie, Dragusin, Phillips, Van Der Ven, Vušković, Sarr, Bergvall, Donley etc...
