Literally every single fanbase thinks the media is against them, somehow even Liverpool's. Some of you really need to grow up.

Just look at the wording of this 'Sun' article about Rabiot... it's subtle, yes, but it's there... an agenda driven negative Spurs slant that drip drips into the readers' consciousness....

The downside to all our negative news stories is, like the old saying goes, “if enough people believe something, then it must be true” and therefore all the failed managers Sky have as pundits (bet Henry is back soon) just repeat, repeat, repeat the same shit, and will continue to repeat until the news narrative changes, and the only way that changes is if our fortunes on the pitch change!!

You can't allow what the media say to mould your way of thinking. Weak minded people do that and if they come out and say well we haven't won anything in the last five years where we have, for the first time in modern history actually taken a step we haven't taken since I don't know how long then seriously fuck them.

We've gone from being lightyears away from Woolwich, over 20 years of not beating Chelsea to finishing above both of them multiple times, overtaken Juventus financially and secured positive results away in places like Turin, The Bernabau & the Nou Camp.

We currently have 2 players in the top 12 based on value worldwide, when it was only a few years ago we had the likes of Simon Davies & Michael Brown running our midfield. We've taken huge steps but if someone wants to listen to a wanker like Jim White piss on how the club have organically grown financially, status wise and overall based on its long term future and how to compete long term then they are welcome to spout the shit they want.

Football these days is so competitive, it's so much harder to achieve now than ever. On 11 occasions our highest points tally achieved in the Premier League across what is it 26 seasons or something like that now would have been enough to equal or better the winning points total. If people genuinely don't look at that as progress, regardless of winning a cup many mocked as being Mickey Mouse a few years ago then that's up to them.

Give me a consistent league team over a cup every 10 years every day of the week. It's how a modern football team that isn't run by some Saudi Prince ensures it grows towards bigger and better things
