The point still stands.

I was wetter than a haddock's gusset when we signed Rebrov and he was shite. And we sign Alli from MK and he's fucking amazing. Stats, previous teams, previous performances, etc mean fuck all. Many players have made the big time after being previously shite.

The whole Leicester team for example. Obviously a skip full of meds helps.....

He's an ugly motherfucker. We haven't had someone that ugly since Luka.

Luka grew up in war torn Yugoslavia.....a childhood smack habit in Glasgow will have a similar effect on your complexion...

Read this from an article after the Hibs-Celtic 2-2 draw. Said by the Hibs coach "In fact, in the last 20 minutes, John got stronger when we put him back in his natural position"

Is the natural position he's referring to, DM? I understand SausageVince's opinion is that he's the Scottish Zidane. But you other who watch Scottish football. Is he any good? Could he make it in Premier League? Is he the natural replacement of Dembele?

McGinn is a very good footballer. Has done exceptionally well in a pish Scotland team, and has been Villa's best player over the last few seasons.

He's far from perfect but he'll burst a gut to win possession, can score goals from all angles and distances and isn't at all bad with set pieces.

Think he's definitely a player that the Spurs support would enjoy.
Not to mention a player that Conte would like coaching.

Work ethic, ability, drive to win. He's got all that stuff that Conte likes.

MCGinn is a hard little bastard and leaves plenty in. But he’s also decent with the ball and a good eye works really hard. The Man from Del Conte, he say Yes.

Anthony Stokes scored 3 in 36 for Sunderland in the league so a 1 in 12 ratio , 0 in 12 for Sheffield utd no need for a ratio and finally scored 1 in 13 for Palace so 4 in 61 in total in England. He's 27 the only potentiial he has in regards to Tottenham is to be potentially the worst player Spurs have ever signed!
Bold statement, seeing that we've had some right fucking cloggers play for us over the years.

If he had split us wide open, they would have scored.
He played a great pass that both the attacker and defender got to and the defender came out on top.
Close but no cigar............. The rest of the game passed him by, and had a Spurs player been as ineffectual, (beyond those 2 incidents) there would have been a lot of moaning on here.

Winks was hugely more effective and involved and some bozo's are questioning his right to start.
He scored their goal mate! Sat Rose on his arse. McGinn & Mings were their best two players. McGinn's pass DID spilt us wide open, the attacker failed to score with his shot, think it was Sanchez(?) that also defended well. Ndombele's reverse chip was beautiful, the fact Kane headed over the bar doesn't make it less of a beautiful pass.
