Why take the job as it's doomed for failure ?
He gets paid regardless, that's the thing about a football manager, even if you turn out a failure, you get your contract paid out , its the most secure job in the world, Money wise any way!
This may be true, but what if he's the lucky guy who wins a trophy? As he's not expected to succeed, he's onto a winner, isn't he? Can't lose, imo.
