We were without 8 players for the Forest game. For this game, we’d have 3 more missing - Johnson , Udogie and Bissouma.

Need to do a lot of rolling around, surrounding refs and screaming in pain. Dyche is gonna be showing Yates highlights to his players for the next week.

I guess it’s Royal for Udogie but don’t know if Ange will put him in the middle or on the left (which would be better in my view). PEH in for Biss seems a certainty. If Johnson is unavailable, that’s a bit more of a question mark. If GLC is back, I wonder if Ange will put Kulu back on the right.

I thought if a player is replaced in a match as a concussion sub, he can’t play for 7 (or 10) days ?
Yes, it might have been posted here before, but I don’t know the official rules either. Clearly there must be a “catch” with the concussion subs?

No Bissouma, no Udogie, no Maddison and no van de Ven. Probabl means we go with this aslong as Johnson is available

Vicario
Porro - Romero - Davies - Royal
Hojbjerg
Sarr - Kulusevski
Johnson - Richarlison - Son
If Johnson isn't available, I worry about that midfield. I imagine Deki goes to right wing and we have to play Skipp in there. Important that Gio is back by then.

Sarr and Romero next to be one yellow away from suspension. Could really do without them getting yellows and also missing Brighton.

Udogie and Bissouma out, but I'd expect Lo Celso back .

VIcario
Porro, Romero, Davies. Royal
Hijbjerg or Skipp, Sarr
Kulusevski
Johnson, Richarlison, Son

Subs : Forster, Dorrington, Skipp or Hojbjerg, Lo Celso, Gil, Veliz, Donley, Santiago, Soonsup-Bell

Very light on defenders, but not sure any of u21's would be ready, whereas we have a few forwards who might.

Vic

Porro
Romero
Davies
Emerson (not ideal)

Hojbjerg
Sarr
Kulu

Son
Richie
Johnson

Ultimate bare bones, hope we have a triple signing ready to go for Jan 1st
I'd rather give Davies the LB spot and play Dier at CB next to Cuti. Oh fuck it...give the kid Dorrington a go. It's Everton, not City.

Thought Hojbjerg was rather poor tonight. But then again what's the alternative...Skipp?! Meh. Could really do with GLC being in the mood for some Toffees.

Up front I ain't that worried. Veliz, Gil, Donley...they can all do a job if need be for 15-20 mins.
