Is that so? So we should persist with him at RW? Folks in here are complaining about him not using his right foot...and they've longed complained his resultant choices in order to avoid it.

He does some good stuff and will have good runs of form where he scores/assists and then he will have runs like this. Like a normal, not great but not bad player.

NEVER a player that should have been xferred to PL club looking to compete for CL places. He's just too slow and everyone knew that. And he's a headless turtle as a headless chicken implies some speed.

And the only way he's worth more than we paid is through accounting shenanigans...no team in a league that would best utilize him can afford 30-40M for this player. And THAT in addition to DL expecting to cover his balance sheet means this player will be here come hell or high water until the last season of his deal.

Also, how well does a Ferrari handle with no petrol? You see, Paul Pogba was an exquisitely skilled football. The problem for him was that the PL did not afford him the time on the ball to display those skill...kind of a Ferrari without petrol. All you're left with is the other stuff...which saw him shipped back to Juve...would that it were true in this case.

Just watched a player miss 10 shots + a pen with an 1.61xG...and yet was arguably the player of the game. There are other ways to be effective but you have to be able to rely on some above average ability. Kulu had NONE and is thus wholly reliant on what the game provides for him...never should have been made permanent

I think hes definitely "above average" at holding up the ball and carrying it it forward as well being very hardworking. Similar to Lamela in these attributes as well as his one footedness. Not similar in that he is always available and still young enough to develop.

Then he should be able to do that in the vast majority of instances. If he cannot then it is not an asset to claim.

But holding the ball up is not a skill for wingers!!!! That is another bit folks are clinging on to. And in the past few weeks we've seen glaring examples of this and his carrying being exposed for what it is, opportunistic.

The kid's a nothing burger and should never have been made permanent. He'll score when the game provides and folks will pop up (like Darnswim Darnswim bk_spur bk_spur and a few others) but the hope is futile. The kid doesn't have it for this league...never has.

NO ONE DEVELOPS AT THIS LEVEL!!!! That is claptrap said by folks wishing and hoping for a player to become useful. For the odd person that does they are the exception that proves the rule.

HK improved a certain part of his game for about 3 seasons going and then stopped around 25ish...but at least he did improve. This kid will not because of where he plays and the demands of said position.

Players go through spells of form- that’s how the game works. You don’t appear to be able to understand this.
