There is something very very wrong if you thought 4 weeks ago that we had a chance of finishing above Liverpool, Woolwich AND Man. City this season, but let's hope for now that we can finish in the top four, which is far from certain.

Top 4 attracts players and retains best players. Even if you finish 3rd in group you get another shot with europa league.
Yeah let's not act as if getting CL football isn't all of a sudden pointless just because it's not a trophy, at the end of the day it's still giving the players a sense of achievement and putting them on a platform to improve the following seasons.
