That Healy guy is a mug, buys tickets for LPs and sells them.

He has 6 for Leeds, 4 for Norwich and 4 for West Brom.

I want the Brum to win for the following reasons:

Cheaper ticket prices for the away fans - £20.00.

Commutable distance from where I live in Suffolk.

Even better chance of beating them, they are struggling near the bottom of the championship.

My missus wants to go to a match, The normally hostile atmosphere at St. Andrews should be an experience for her.

Away supporters will get the whole of the Railway End Stand, to create a fantastic atmosphere in.

I'm torn - the last time we won the FA Cup in a year not ending in 1 (1982), we beat Leeds in the 4th round, however in the 1962 win we beat 2 teams from the West Midlands conurbation consecutively (Villa/West Brom) on the way to the final.

Hate Leeds, hate Warnock, hate their cunty fans. So naturally I'd prefer Birmingham.

Birmingham, actual chance of me attending that one, it's not too far, have relatives in the area. Is it going to be an 1882 match either way?

Leeds are probably on worse form than Bham at the moment, I've seen a few scatterings of #WarnockOut too which is never good.
Also, Birmingham love a cup run :avblol:

True that, but they are still in playoff contention whereas Brum are like 19th. Warnock would get his players fired up to kick lumps out of us as well. They have Michael Brown playing for them remember.

I rrrreally don't mind... They're both championship clubs with big ambition and a big following, it'll be their big night out whoever we face.. We shouldn't fear either of them.
WE ARE TOTTENHAM, FROM THE LANE!

...having said that, Birmingham does knock a couple hours off the journey HOME!!!!

Tommy Harmer Tommy Harmer agree with you there, still think it's unfair to criticise or judge a fan by the distance they live from the ground.

I think that arcspace is the worst poster I have seen on a spurs forum - bar none, anywhere. Oh with the exception of a plastic gooner from SA who posts shite on ASS.

I fucking detest his posts, his faux spurs gung ho bollocks and his puerile observations on the game.

He totally shit on glory glory as message board, and its only because now more and more posters are telling him what a cunt he is, that he has come to this site to fuck it up. Trust me, if he comes here permanently, it will be the internet equivalent of getting AIDS.

ON GG he was equated to an open sewer, he shits on every thread, posting thousands of posts a month poncing his meaningless and fatuous opinions on everything and everyone - displaying his ignorance on all levels.

Him "hating" Leeds is just another example of his insidious weasel words.

I hope that goes some way to explaining my POV

Blimey, someone raid the kitchen drawers,, we got a right can o'worms to open here!

It's actually a tough one to call, whilst I may look for Inter and Lyon's results abroad due to allegiances long since forgotten, I don't get the same palpitations or weekend ruining feelings if THEY lose, as I instinctively have when Spurs do!
THAT'S the difference I think!

Yes of COURSE you can support a team from anywhere in the world, no-one's stopping you, but there's something to be said for having a team as close to your home as to your heart.
