Can't really make any excuses about players considering Brighton bought nothing but a Championship striker and centre back, sold all their good wingers (and bad wingers..) and are playing with 5 slower-than-Wanyama central midfielders at the same time... oh and it's fecking BRIGHTON

Poch should have played 2 Injured players & a kid who can't get starts for Leeds :sonlol:

Obviously not, but the biggest problem we appear to be having is complacency, and until Ndombele we've signed essentially no first team regulars since Sissoko in 2016. Everyone else has been rotational options or youth.

Eriksen's last 3 contributions:

Pass to a Brighton player
Pass to a Brighton player
Free kick not even half way up the wall 30 yards out.

Truly world class, we are so lucky to be witnessing such greatness.

Now come on be fair- he has been world class at trotting around aimlessly and is the master of the sideways 2 yard pass

Yes lets bring back the 60-61 team , we will win the league...Players age and get shitter and some want to leave for big money. Pochs fault is still playing these fuckers not helped by uncle scrooge who hates transfer windows.
Yeah Dele is 38 now, Kane 49, and Dier 60

Wasn’t Eriksen irreplaceable three months ago and the most best midfielder from deep in Europe?
Amazing how he got such a shit old team to the CL final but can’t beat Colchester half a year later.

Apples and oranges but the way the players are meandering around the pitch looking mostly disinterested is reminiscent of the Man United players during the latter games of Mourinho’s reign.
Third goal just gone in, if Pochettino is still at Spurs in the morning I will be amazed, gone past the point of no return now surely.
The lack of reaction is shameful.

It's been the same team. Ndombele is the only player who has actually started a game for us, granted Lo Celso would have by this point if he wasn't injured, but Sessegnon hasn't played yet and Clarke is on loan. This is the same team as last year at this moment.
Minus Trippier and Llorente, who would improve it.

That's why every huge club were beating down our door to sign him this summer. Such dedication too.
