Even if they are, they won't be relegated. PL is too proud of it's reputation to do that. They'll have a transfer ban or a point deduction.
-120 points should do it

City have more money than the FA, the PL, Uefa and Fifa. Probably combined.
They have likely threatened an action that none of those pussy's can afford to lose, so they back off and lick their wounds.
Was listening to a pod cast by Darren Lewis yesterday, he reckons from the research they have done, 16 of the 20 prem clubs are not confident they have complied with FFP with the majority concerned that they have breached the limits.

We obviously are one of the 4.
Levy has to be commended for that. But that is all. 😀
Spurs, Liverpool, Brighton and Brentford I believe are the 4

Liverpool have to be close to the edge with that tin pot stadium and all the transfers they have done recently.

They sold a load of players to Saudi though in the summer. In fact all their players (Fabinho, Henderson) were bought by Saudi teams. If they hadnt have had that then they wouldnt have been able to bring many in. They did get a lot of high earners off the books though (Firmino, AOC, Keita, Milner) so like us this window they did well in that respect.

Fucking hell, maybe there are a lot that should be worried.

Guess who is in the black

So with Citeh holding all the cards it seems and the powers that be likely to bottle it and let them off. What would happen if the other 19 clubs (maybe not Chelsea or Newcastle) refused to play them?

Yeah it’s possible - would like to think Levy is rabble rousing

It’s a diplomatic issue though. The disgusting bastard owners have pumped oil money in to sportswash and create a faux perception of their entire country, if that unravels the government will have a diplomatic issue to intervene with - will be far bigger than football with threats from the sheiks that impact the UK economy

Shitshow and the reason these fuckers should have been blocked. Saudis cunts will be even worse

Some people actually more excited by that than if we won a major trophy

Couldn't agree more. It was bad enough with Abramovich

It's pretty incredible how often people miss the point with FFP.

My guess is that there are a lot foootball fans with that more childish type of left-leaning political views where they think that regulations are brought in to make things "fair".

In this case clubs having to sell your best players isn't "fair" according to this guy. But fair has fuck all o do with it, the FFP rules were brought in to stop unsustainable owner investment that leaves clubs broke when it dries up and fans then end up with bankrupt teams to follow.
