I assume goal conversion is related to xG. Shot accuracy is, can he hit the broad side of a barn with a shot, or is it off target.
goal conversion=total goals/total shots
shot accuracy=shots on target/total shots
This last summer TW, Nordsjælland sold 2 WFs in Ernest Nuamah and Andreas Schjeldrup - but neither of them have done well so far. Yes, they're young and it's their first season in a different league/country but yet it was expected more from them...so I have my reservations about paying top money for their talents..

Danish media reporting that a deal with West Ham fell apart because his agent was making excessive demands. On his own part, mind, not the player's part. Also and significantly that said agent is pinpointed by the player (or his team) to make a deal now, but the player is actually contractually obliged to another agent.
All in all a hornet's nest we would be well adviced to stay clear of. At least until sorted, which may explain the, let's look at it in the summer.
