Everton are a good side. With all the suspensions I think we'll line up like this:

Vicario
Porro - Romero - Davies - Emerson
Skipp - Sarr
Johnson - Kulusevski - Son
Richarlison

After watching Skipp be great for the last 20 mins while being one down in midfield, there's no way in a million years that I'd want PEH start the next game. Udogie missing is a big, big concern though.

Might get both him and Kulu in a mask next week!

We haven't. Refs have just been taking the piss. Look at Sarr's yellow for instance. Nothing in it.

Quite dirty. Play with a lot of intensity and it boils over a bit at times. Ange alluded to this and how players are getting used to the style and finding that balance.

Bissouma tonight a classic example - trying to get 'stuck in' and gets a blatant red.

It was Udogie’s that was a farce. He essentially wins a shoulder to shoulder challenge, stronger than his counterpart and gets a yellow for it.

I don’t have a gripe with a foul being called but that’s never a yellow. And then that little rat Yates is out there handing out imaginary yellows to half our squad and not a peep from the ref.

We have a few moments but we're not a dirty side. The reffing is incredibly biased against us.

Gobbygonk Gobbygonk I need you in here you crazy motherfucker.

Everton play midweek - hopefully they pick up some injuries. Or at least have a tough game.

Wouldn’t be surprised at a draw in this game. Need to avoid more yellow cards.

Nice amount of rest and recovery anyway due to our Friday kick off.

It's not all dirty.

Two of Biss's yellows were dissent. Against Woolwich Ben White elbowed someone and it wasn't given, we ended up with two yellows from a foul and dissent. Madders has had two yellows for dissent, Son too.

Some fouls for breaking up play. It looks worse than it is. Across the games we've had nearly 50 yellows - three per game on average. It's just there's more in some games than others and we've had four reds in total, with most of the worst calls happening in the last ten games so it's fresh in the memory.

I'd rather give Davies the LB spot and play Dier at CB next to Cuti. Oh fuck it...give the kid Dorrington a go. It's Everton, not City.

Thought Hojbjerg was rather poor tonight. But then again what's the alternative...Skipp?! Meh. Could really do with GLC being in the mood for some Toffees.

Up front I ain't that worried. Veliz, Gil, Donley...they can all do a job if need be for 15-20 mins.
Hojbjerg was good when he came on.

Everton have Burnley today then a mid week quarter final league cup game before ours. We now have a full weeks rest. I know we’re down to bare bones again, but no excuses here we should be winning this at home
