Smart bet!I'm English and live in the Netherlands. I had a bet on bissou.a being in prem team of the year....250 to 1 ....if I had 100 would have done....
when did dembele boss teams for 3 years in a row? being able to carry the ball well is not "bossing" a game. He’s got a long way to go to even be mentioned in the same breath as Dembele. When he’s bossed every opponent for 3+ years in a row, maybe it will be a fair comparison.
Bissouma has many similar qualities and I have extremely high hopes for him but two games against Brentford and a pathetic United midfield are nowhere near enough evidence that he’s better than Dembele. When the games against Woolwich, Newcastle, City and Liverpool arrive, then we’ll see.
Yeah the two of them are both streets better at receiving the ball under pressure than anyone we've had in years, and then the rest of their skillsets are perfectly complementary to fill out the responsibilities of a midfield. He’s so good. Him and Maddison were such easy peasy no brainer signings, both are just ballers. Shocks me we had very little competition for both.
They’re both transformative.

When Bentancur starts playing weird first time flicks into them that no one sees coming it's going to be sexy time.
Turn it about the Dembele comparisons at this stage.
Dembele is one of the most technically gifted players the league has ever seen and was an absolute master of his position.
Same situation around G/A as Modric. Just use your eyes and that will tell you all you need to know.

If he was there caicedo would a subIf he'd still been playing at Brighton, then Chelski would have paid £150m++ for him
