What could possibly go wrong at this stage? And why the fuck has Phil Brown got 60 votes?
Phil brown is exactly what this club needs

We're a perfect match

Plus he can head up the brand new Tottenham entertainment company karaoke venture

I didn’t realise that you’d spoken to him

I think we’d like to think that most managers would , I’m not sure that’s actually the case
Average salary in Dutch league vs one of the better paid management positions in world football???

Come on. Nobody is in pro sports for charity, they are all there to earn as much as they can, whilst they can.

I understand the doom porn is addictive but just remember:

Ancelotti went to Everton, then left and went to Real Madrid.
Bournemouth could afford Zaniolo when Milan couldn’t.

Apart from that, managers have giant egos, and there's no bigger challenge there than trying to win something with Spurs :levylol:

Must admit I want new permanent manager announced soon to save the fiasco from 2 years ago. The more it drags on with uncertainty the more the media will drag us through the dirt. Ideally want it announced before season ends.

Another thing as well how can club announce a 3 per cent hike in tickets if we dont have a manager for next season in place. Defies logic.
Perversely;

It demonstrates a confidence that the club can sell 62,000 tickets for every home game.

Could be a Levy bluff but a huge gamble if it is not backed up with something solid in respect of a managerial appointment.

Maybe Levy has it all in hand?

Isn't there a massive waiting list? Like ten thousand fans could decide not to renew and it wouldn't be a problem :levylol:

Ok, after watching a bit of Burnley vs Sunderland I am really big on Kompany. Still would rather Nagelsmann or Schmidt, but the man has fucking Burnley playing like peak 16-17 Spurs. He’s legit.

Perhaps Bo Svensosn would be a good option?

He's schooled in the Red Bull system. Has Mainz planted in 8th place in the Bundesliga. Plays an attacking 3-4-2-1 formation with pressing at its core. Young for a manager and with a contract expiring in 2024.

Currently up 3-0 away to Leipzig.

Mainz seems to have a knack for developing good managers. Klopp, Tuchel and now Svensson.
