Some talk of De Zerbi being looked at

You have to laugh, Brighton face another summer ahead after an incredible season of losing their manager, Caicedo and Probably Mitoma.

Those poor fuckers!

They don't deserve it.
We should probably be looking at whenever they have lined up to replace De Zerbi in all fairness

:kanegoal:

whats tuchels style of play? dont watch other teams and look out for that shit so wouldnt have a clue when he was at chelsea to be honest.

i want a manager that has a couple different systems though. i dont mind the wingback system that puts emphasis on the width of the pitch but i also want a manager thats going to look to win the midfield battle and really batter a side. i thought thats what "world class manager" conte was supposed to be but clearly fucking not. would be nice to actually enjoy watching football again.
I'm tempted to say boring as fuck, but tbf that could be my overall opinion of Chelsea. Put prime Barcelona with Ronaldinho, Messi, Iniesta in that shitty shade of blue shirt and I'd instinctively be bored to tears...

I believe it. My Dad knows someone who had their gallbladder removed towards the end of last year, it’s been a few months now, and they’re still not 100%

He came back too soon

I know removing the gall bladder is keyhole stuff but it’s still major surgery

Maybe Levy is taking the scientific approach.
Take Conte out of the equasion for the WHU game Sunday. If the performance is better, maybe he starts thinking about Stellini as no.1

Well you have to compare the two performances against ManC and Leicester

Night and Day

We all showed up against ManC and you can’t say that for the Leicester game where we were abysmal

So well run though they will probably just land on their feet again. Their chief executive is Paul Barber a Spurs fan who is overseeing this, who in his younger days used to work for us.

If it's true we're looking at De Zerbi, does that mean the board aren't sure that Poch will come back? Or do some people on the board not want Poch back?

I'd love De Zerbi but I do think it's kind of pathetic to get a manager in their first season at a new club. Even Poch did a full season at Southampton before coming here.

Probably a bit of both re Poch. Real Madrid meant to be interested for the summer but Raul favourite. I'd be ok with Poch but there is something in a complete fresh start with De Zerbi, Gallardo, Carrick that appeals. Think De Zerbi would be really exciting but will Levy pay £12m to get him out of Brighton if he can get Poch for nothing? Not very likely.

And more to the point will the tight bald twat back him financially?

:levylol:

Why couldn't it work again in your opinion out of interest?

(not that I disagree)
I think there was a huge element of luck and a perfect storm.
Poch + a young Kane, Eriksen, Dele prime Lloris, Vertonghen, Alderwiereld, Rose, Walker - that was the sweet spot.
If he comes now, we will lump him with an old Lloris, a shit Dier, Kane at almost 30 who can't press anymore, Son over the hill, probably bring Winks back
It's got failure written all over it. Levy in his demented little mind probably thinks Poch could do it again, on a limited budget. He can't. We need to up our scouting game considerably, work out how we want to spend (wages and fees etc) or else we're gonna be stuck with over priced mid table shit all the time.

I think if Poch comes back we will see him turnover the squad and get new folks in, just like he did in his first stint

He says he knows something but he can't say yet, but he believes the source and its good info. He just wishes he could tell, but he can't. Did I mention he likes the source?

That will boost subscriptions on SC

More monthly DDs from the gullible ones

The hero worship for Hercules and the ITK is sickening

But he had someone else bringing the players in. Personally I don't want him anywhere near transfers. He needs to be part of the process of transfers of course but it needs to also be done collaboratively.
presuming Paratici stays, is that not the same scenario as before with Mitchell / Hitchen?
