Can't really blame Burnley for playing the way they do though, especially against the bigger clubs. It yields results. It frustrates the opposition and helps them with their aim.

No I was talking about the league and creating, not scoring. He's not a striker. And not just assists, but chances created. But that's not all, because Eriksen averages about 50 passes a game too. Already in this game he's seen more ball than both our CM's and nearly 30% more than Sissoko.

I disagree, the aim of football should be to put on a show and entertain people. Just staying up at any cost is a dire way to be. What is the point of supporting a club like that, what joy do they get out of that time and money invested.
