Whenever Harry is off Poch should fuck all with other formats and start the sheet with Llorente and Son up top

What a strange season this has been. Despite not hitting top gear, here we are in second. Somehow this amazing team keeps grinding out the results despite appalling luck, the World Cup and the Wembley factor. And no signings!

Good win.

Llorente key for the goal. Even when he himself doesn't score he is very helpful to have in the box since he gives us the option of the long ball that he will bring down and even if he doesn't get it himself one of our speedier players can pick it up.

Sanchez was real good today. He handled Rondon a lot better than last season.

It was nice to see us play such positive football without Kane and Dele in the side. Even with Erisken off the boil

Ties are for nerds!

The pundits need to fcuk off.

There lack if respect for us is disgusting.

Newcastle feel aggrieved because Rondon hit the post.

We are in it to win it.

Son is by a mile our player of the year.
Yes! I agree. Said before now that Son is our best player.
And the pundits were gutted when Rondon hit the post.

You can never accuse this team of giving up.

Son’s shoulders must be sore from carrying us and South Korea. Winksy and Sissoko superb again. Llorente did what was asked of him. Lamela has a good showing. Lucas is much more suited to the super sub role.

3 points and that's about all that can be said.

I think we've learned a few things:
Don't start Lucas/Lamela/Son together.
What is Lamela for?
Doubts beginning to creep in about Lucas
Eriksen generally poor (apart from the Dele cross v Fulham has underperformed for the last half dozen games).
Vertonghen excellent at LB.
Llorente may not do much, but puts the fear of God into opposition defences.
How much we misfire without Kane and Dele
How much we currently rely on Son.
Lloris saved us (again!)

On to Leicester.

Don’t mind Newcastle as a club but fucking hate that style of football with 10 men defending in their box all game then looking for the odd counter. So negative.

We deserved this victory, even if it was late. No doubt some commentators will say lucky but should have won have won by 3 or 4.
