One thing we need to prepare for is the departure of Son. I'm getting pretty fed up of these Asian football competitions. I know we have Lucas, Lamela, Dele and Eriksen all capable of stepping in, but Son has had a huge impact over the past month.

He's only gone for 2 weeks Lamela and moura can fill in quite adequately.

Planning for a Hazard exit maybe.

All it does is add to our dilemma with Pochettino.

There are a finite number of quality players and also only a number of clubs who those players will go to.

There is also a limit to how much ad valorem a coach or manager can deliver because there must be considerable quality there to start with.

So, my point once more is that Pochettino must hopefully have talked of players he feels would add to our overall level and Levy and co HAVE to back him. And for me that starts in January 2019.
