VAR is absolutely pointless when we debate the decisions it got right or wrong. It's supposed to help the refs get all the correct decisions and it simply doesn't.

Right decision not to give on VAR even if it was just onside.
Wrong decision to even go to VAR as it was never going to be a clear error, plus giving a goal there - when players had probably stopped having seen the flag go up - would be wrong.

I fucking hate the time delay with VAR
There was a pen against Rochdale which I felt favoured us a bit but the whole system seems unhelpful to me.

The decision was given by the linesman I accept that, fair dos, but when they brought VAR into it , he was clearly onside, proving that VAR is shite

So linesman are just going to start flagging anything that looks remotely offside. VAR is their safety net, if the goal is given are the defenders and goalkeeper going to start kicking off as they saw the flag and stopped playing - I know they should play to the whistle, but even so..
