Oh man this is what its all about.

So proud of them all.

What spellbinding match. Unbelievable desire and intensity from us, we just went toe to toe with a high class European team and for the most part dealt with them, and had the ruthlessness to take our chances.

Kane scoring the 3rd when he did after we missed 2 decent chances was critical.

Our players are warriors, this is a real watershed moment for them I think.
 
Another step up for Spurs tonight. Those boys finally announced their arrival on the European stage and will hopefully get a big boost in spirits from this result. The season has well and truly kicked off now!
 
Hard to pick a motm tonight but I'll give it to Kane. Special mention for the effort from Son tonight. You could tell when he came off how hard he had run up and down the pitch tonight.

He was going to PSG earlier in the summer although that deal didn't happen. Maybe they knew they could get Neymar at that point?
 
Im ashamed to be Italian - the Italians, officiating tonights game were diabolical. They should be ashamed of themselves - offsides wrong, cards wrong, general decisions wrong. At least we were at the right end of the result.

Sanchez and Aurier are impeccable additions to the squad. Harry despite his goals had an off night in terms of his hold up play. Ben Davies is our player of the year so far.

Harry nearly set up two additional goals despite him hardly getting the ball. He took on both his role and Dele's role tonight fantastically
