Maddison back in training and VDV touching grass...

If both are back by January that will be HUGE.

Them two being back just could not be overstated.

Okay, gonna take some time to get 100% to their best. But returning earlier = also getting back to 100% earlier!

Let's hope for Xmas miracle. If we somehow manage to put together run of wins with games remaining in 2023 then... we are cooking again! And through the roughest situation with lives. Not good lives, but lives :D .

Maddison, VDV and Solomon back training.

I just started to think that if we are without Sonny for number of games, then it would be pretty interesting to see front 3 of

-------Solomon---Johnson-------
-------------Kulusevski------------

So Kulu with is big frame and physical power could "lead the line" and then would have two fast attackers, running behind the line.

Sightings in training videos or references by Spurs reporters or Paul O'Keefe (who seems to gave genuine club sources) suggest that a number of longer term injured players might be back in January - could be a busy time :

Van de Ven
Maddison,
Solomon
Sessegnon
Phillips

Doesn't mean these will be back starting in January - we just don't have enough information to make an informed guess.

Lo Celso and Dier seem to be short term injuries so might be back in a weak or so ?

The one player mot mentioned so far is Bentancur, so looks like he might not be back until February (along with players at Afcon or Asian Games) ?

Phillips back in outside training today - 'Warming up with the squad and doing a number of sprints, the ex-Blackburn Rovers man and all the others involved in training then took part in a possession-based game and also a shooting drill involving the attackers'. according to Alistair Gold.

Might be the first back ? Candidate to make his debut v Burnley even if off the bench ?
