Hard to have any jolly excitement after another depressing crunch silverware game.
Top 4 understandaly important , an achievement of some what ,but does it have any end product besides financal, which l doubt will be rarely used to keep/get the odd game changer to produce a winning team?

Well there are other merits to playing in the CL than financial ones

Long wait after FA semi is frustrating. Really hope we get a strong response from the squad. Would like to see Poch mix it up a bit, maybe start Moura and Lamela in place of Son and Dembele, have Eriksen drop deeper and get hyper-aggressive. Rose and Aurier as well, too.

I'd take a 1-0 win, I think a clean sheet would do us wonders.

Exactly. Pretty sure I read somewhere Poch tells the players to judge for themselves during the game when they feel they should press the opposition. You can really see it in certain games where at times it seems like we are doing nothing and sitting back and 10 minutes later we are constantly winning the ball back.

Need to find a way around it because not pressing kills us.
In my opinion, this is why its not such a bad idea to rest players more often, and rotate those out of form earlier in the season.
If we can only play our best football between December and April, we're not going to get very far

An entire pre-season feels shorter than this bloody 9 day gap! I just want them to get back out there as quick as possible, get a well needed 3 points, settle things down a bit. Chelsea are likely to be just 2 points behind by the time we play, 3 points couldn't be more important.
