WindyCOYS WindyCOYS on the next pod could you do a little bit on ehiougu? Interested to know what impact he's had coming into the academy. Is he simply continuing the good work laid out by predecessors or has he made any personal impact of innovations to the set up. Seems to be doing a great job.

Hello mate - I wouldn't really know where to start. Maybe we could ask the club for an interview with him? I'll see what I can do.

It's cool I'm not desperate to know or anything. Just figured he seems to be an unsung hero at the moment and seemed a random appointment at the time. (Didn't realise he was coaching. But turns out he was looking after our U16s part time.)

Found a great article from a little while back where he comes accross really well.

Particularly love this passage:
"At Spurs winning a Youth game by being safe, unimaginative, and technically poor, doesn't sit well at all. I am interested in how many of that team will progress into the Tottenham first team, or have a career in football in another first team."

Wonder whether he'll ever make the move into first team management.

I remember reading that a while back.
Re: making the move into first team management, John McDermott was quick to point out to me that some coaches specialise working with young players and their skill-sets wouldn't transfer so well to coaching adults. Wonder whether this is the case here.

I've asked the question about getting an interview!

We often hear about how players have been at their respective clubs since the age of 8 or 9. I'd be interested in WindyCOYS WindyCOYS view on how kids that age get selected, how many get picked up and actually how decent they have to be/what they are capable of to get picked up by a premier league Club.
Cheers windy (said in flav's voice)

Thelonious Thelonious -
For the pod, when the well is dry:

It seems whenever we beat Woolwich they go on a world-beating tear.
They are the form club of the league since we battered them.

So, which would you prefer: taking all 6 points from them in our League matches and finishing behind them come season's end or getting smashed in both NLDs and finishing above them?

Does your answer change if we both finish top-four?
Or, if neither does?

Do we promote academy players on a restricted basis or should Poch take more chances and adopt a more sink or swim attitude?

Genuinely heartbroken that WindyCOYS WindyCOYS chose to ignore so callously my question.
:pochsulk:

Would you rather Spurs qualify for Champions League and Woolwich win the league, or Spurs qualify for Europa League, and Woolwich finish in their usual position?

Spooky said he had no source for satire at the moment so he couldn`t write that much about anything.
I don`t belive you spooky the irony is just too much for you. Hope you`ll be back on track soon :pochbye:

If you could chose any piecce of music for spurs entry onto the pitch. What would it be. Also what would the pods members rock on music as they entered the ring.

And showing my age here will they be available at our price records

If you returned home after a long hard day at work to find your wife/GF getting pounded by a spurs player - which Spurs player would you be least offended by?
