For all those screaming back-up striker ... just watch how utter shit Origi was for Liverpool, 45 minutes without a single attempt on goal, having a 'specialist' back up is pointless if they can't contribute - have you all forgotten that Lllorentte a top striker managed just 2 in 36 as our EPL back-up.

and Bergwijn has played as a CF and done quite well, he's the obvious choice to replace Son

Yes we need another striker, have done for quite a while, but just signing any old shit (add list of failed Spurs strikers) is pointless .... we can all wish for unicorns doesn't mean one can be produced.

It could be the case that Levy is using the NHS to save costs and the time frame involves waiting for an appointment, so hopefully he'll stump up the cash to go private.

Anyone else see a lot of vitriol from Everton fans over the Son injury news?

I know it stems from the Gomes incident but they really do come across as bitter little blinkered nonces - demonising one of the nicest guys in football for a freak accident (regardless of Sonny's foul during it).

Strange lot. With how insufferable their neighbours are they could at least come across as the good guys.

For all of those being doom and gloom... Andre Gomes was touted as being out for the reason back in November when he had his misfortune. Ancelotti has said today that's he believes Gomes could start against Woolwich on Sunday and completed 60 minutes of football in a behind closed doors match at Finch Farm earlier today.

His form was a disaster in the last months. sure, he got some lucky goals in the last games. just lucky. he lost so many GOOD chances. aging curve is coming and he becomes more fragile.

get well Son, its time to go to other team in the next season.
