They fucking should do at some grounds. Be way more exciting.
Not that I'm aware of. But they have done it loads of times before, think they do it as they have been warned by UEFA for use of pyro. There was loads of chat that night that their ultras turned the lights off, no idea if it was proven.

When the lights go out, are we there supporting the team or not? ' Schrodinger's cat'? the observer cannot know whether or not the crowd are there so are unable to determine whether the team is being supported? We are unable to know, according to quantum law- so the crowd are both there and not there which is a superposition of state. It is only when we put the lights back on can we determine whether the support has gone home?
