What would you rather if you were innocent? ......To be wrongly charged (and potentially wrongly convicted, smeared and punished) or to suffer an arduous investigation but ultimately retain the freedom you deserve?
It's more likely that people will be found not guilty due to a "rushed" trial, not vice versa. The prosecution are being given time to build a case, not the defendants. Whatever the circumstances are, it's hardly an open and shut case

Image if you were suspended from work without pay, family and friends already believing you're guilty, the stress of it just dealing with it, your lawyers, for 8 months and counting?

Anyway, the point is moot. A judge reviews this case every few months. They'll keep it open as long as they feel like it. Still think it's a pisstake,

Well- this is a revolutionary CM signing for our midfield. Hard to believe we got him with such little apparent contest.

I assume the club has sussed out the legal situation and all is clear.

Bissouma is gonna be an absolute beast of a player next to Bentancur, Skipp, or PEH!

But still.... Would you be 100% comfortable with playing those odds?

It must be harrowing. As stated above; I completely appreciate that aspect.

For all the fans worrying about the court case dont. He has had the full backing of B&HAFC we would not have played him , yes he was dropped for a couple of games but was soon back. Both clubs know that no charges will be made against him.

I don’t think any player compares that much to Dembele. He was just so unique, for both his strengths and flaws. He was practically impossible to tackle. He had pretty much no long distance passing or scoring ability and was still completely dominant.

Yes. The prosecution aren't keeping the case open because they are conscious of what the defendant wants and want to help him. It's because they don't have enough evidence that will hold up in court.

Besides this is all pre-charge. Once charged, the clock resets and the defendant will get plenty more time (another many more months) to get counsel, gather opposition witnesses and build a case.

I'm aware of the process.....

Removing emotion from the equation I just don't see how one can genuinely condone haste on the part of the Police when investigating such a matter that can potentially wreck the reputation of an innocent individual.

Guess we'll have to agree/disagree, fella.

Morally; I completely agree.... Legally not so sure how it works.
It's not up to her to press charges - the decision on whether to charge is made by the police and CPS. She can of course refuse to appear as a witness which normally might make the case more difficult to prosecute - in this case with the audio evidence it's more likely to proceed.

The presence of the video would be a key component to such a scenario..... Otherwise, without an 'accuser' testimony nor biological evidence there's no charge to answer.

Is the video alone enough?

Hypothetically, it could have been all part of an extreme example of aggressive, sexual role-play or niche porn.

Look at the dude. He’s a freak. And all the people who agree with him under his tweet look like weirdo freaks.

As a Spurs fan my most hated fan base tied with Woolwich are Spurs fans. Especially on Twitter just a bunch of fucking weirdos.
Seeing all the responses to my post about Nathan and his cult just makes me appreciate TFC even more. You hateful bastards are just like me.

1m 7s - kicked Winks.
Give him a payrise Levy - before his first pay cheque
Forgot Winks played that game till now, partly explains Bissouma's dominance, but he had Bentancur, PEH, Kulu and Emerson running ragged.

Probably the most a single player dominated us last season.

I really hope this deal gets done, I think he’s a great signing for us. I’ll be super happy to see this announced.
