Yes, I’m on an iPad/Safari and sometimes the whole page is suddenly being replaced with other sites like skyscanner or betting sites.
Presumably this site uses JavaScript and it’s basically being hijacked by redirect malware.
Likely you got it from a dodgy streaming site or a gentlemen’s hobbyist (read ‘porn’) site. It often seems to clears itself up after a couple of days. If not, Google on how to get rid of ‘redirect malware’. Good luck!
