Absolutelyucking dire.

Rose was the worst player on the pitch by a mile, closely followed by the other 10. Gave away the ball for their goal then was out of position and couldn't get back. Also got robbed over and over and over again, 100% the weak-link when everyone's fit. Naughton was also poor, Dawson was diving in all over the place again (although to be fair didn't notice any long balls from him, is that a positive?). Paulinho was completely anonymous, Chadli was useless, Lennon was actually alright I thought, had some great movement and passing even though his crossing was atrocious. I'm one of Soldado's few supporters but even i'm wondering when he's going to score.. Two good chances squandered today.

Dunno what's going wrong but it's fucking embarrassing to watch. If we don't beat Dnipro on Thursday we have nothing to play for and the season is already over. #meltdown
Bentaleb gave ball away then went headless chicken mode #experiment failed

Can't agree with that mate. We lost today because we had no type of style or initiative, no direction or leadership. We didn't lose because we were fatigued from a fixture 3 days ago. Playing twice a week sometimes 3 times is what the best teams do.
But come on... It isn't no coincidence that we lost almost all our matches during a EL week.

Yes, the attitudes of our players has been worrisome, but the manager at least should know how to properly put a midweek game into consideration when prepping and selecting a lineup for the weekend game, right?

"Five out of seven losses after Europa fixtures now including West Ham, Newcastle, and Norwich. Can there be any more overwhelming evidence?"

So unless both AVB and Sherwood are utterly clueless which I don't believe then I disagree most vehemently. Last year our losses to Wigan and Fulham at home both came after EL fixtures. Same with us completely pissing it away at Anfield and the Ethiad.

Most of our worst losses over the last two years have come after the Europa league. Why should I believe differently. Present me with something to understand losses to Wigan, Fulham, Newcastle and West Ham at home and this embarrassment today. What's the reason besides Europa league?

well then we're doing something wrong

the best teams can successfully play 2 matches a week

AVB and now Tim were/are fucking up

I think we're masters of our own downfall. Europa League or not, we have to be playing better than this. Everything was so static, no one moving to the ball, no one making runs in behind, fullbacks and wingers can't cross, defensive line can't deal with a shred or pace and not a shred of creativity. It's like no one was trying...? Kaboul and Chiriches, please please get fit!

We have no chance of ever getting in and staying the CL if we cant play 2 games a week, other teams can do it why cant we?

Personally I want us to finish as high as possible in league if that gets us in EL great, what are we gonna say if we get CL. Oh we don't want the midweek games in that either. EL we have a chance at winning and I want us to try and win it.

This is an argument ive never understood.....what is the difference between thurs/sun europa and wed/sat cl ????. Please explain

The most noticeable thing for me since Sherwood took over is why we start every game so slowly, we don't start playing till the 65th minute. The players frames of mind clearly isn't right going into games, there's something not right behind the scenes at the club.
