You'd bet on Ange trying to get the mentality right but it would be real nice if we could play with urgency and intent from the start and make our chances count, not wake up and respond only when adversity, like another set piece balls-up, strikes.

Asking multimillion pound earning footballers to put in effort from the word go?

The contempt that they show to the hard paying fans when they turn up and just phone it in is a disgrace - the players should be chomping at the bit to put right the display they showed against Fulham.

Speaking as someone for whom 65 is a relatively distant memory, I agree.
