2-0 win, make this place our own.
Interesting line up to be fair

Few injuries to other teams - Fellanini, Kante and Mustafi hope we get through tonight, France and Belgium both playing.

Is there anything more on Lamela, Rose and Wanyama?

Just read the Big Vic is looking to be fit for the Liverpool match which is Sun 22nd Oct.

Any chance of the record getting beat here or against Liverpool ?

I thought that sounded really low so I checked. You're obviously correct.
Turns out the Scottish league record is 118k (Ibrox, Old Firm, 1939).
All British/European attendance records (Internationals, Domestic Cup, European Cup) are held at Hampden at around 146k - 149k.

Unsurprisingly the top 10 International attendance records are all held by Hampden for Scotland vs England games :)

Any records i've heard quoted in past must have been the British records.
Shocked that the difference is so vast though.

Anyway, hopefully we'll beat it a few times this season. Liverpool and then Scum games at least.

WTF!!!??

EDIT2:
Wikipedia is dangerous

We really need to fucking hammer this lot, otherwise if it's a 1-0 affair, the media will just move on to 'it was only little ol' Bournemouth' (and they haven't properly shaken off the Wembley hoodoo).

A nice 4/5-0 will do the world of good. :tobyarm:

Looking forward to it today, wife's taking for a birthday treat. Hope to fuck we win, been 3 times to the shit hole that is Wembley and haven't seen us win. Come on you SPURS, proper football is back!!
I’ve never seen us lose at Wembley. Only been 4 times though...confident I’m keeping my unbeaten record today & see us win our first league game of many this season
:coys:

Who else is hoping Rose or Lamela make the bench?
Would love to see in particular Lamela out there; its been far too long.

No. Training with the first team for a week doesn't mean he's ready for a match.

Think how long a pre-season is and how many games are played. He's missed all that. At least 3 weeks intensive first team training and he should be getting a bit sharper.

Really is no point risking him after so long out IMO we have other options right now.

We are a bit too slow in buiild up.
Same old story.
They defend en masse and hit long balls up to catch us on the break.
No way have they dominated us. They seem content to sit and defend when we have it.
Nearly worked when they steamed forwards after a long ball up to King.
All it takes is for a misplaced pass and we fuck them.

We just have to be aware.
Keep knocking on the door they can’t defend for ever.

We win at Wembley - another clean sheet, and we stay third in the league with some key players returning very shortly. Great result and some exciting matches ahead.

Chelsea lose to bottom of the table Palace - concede two goals against the team that haven't scored all season.

United and Liverpool both fail to score and drop points.

West Ham drop points late on too (not that their results mean anything to us, but still always funny).

I'd say it's a good Saturday. :pochsmirk:
If Watford beat Woolwich then I'm greasing up later to watch Match of the Day.

Man City almost hilariously dominant against Stoke, but I really struggle to give a fuck about them. Very much doubt we could catch them in our Wembley year - that squad will be able to win the league on autopilot.
