Three big injuries sustained during training this season, which have and will majorly impact us. Also unnecessary.

Do questions need to be asked of our methods???

What methods are in place that cause a meniscus injury or a cruciate ligament tear?

Both are just unlucky and could happen at anytime.

In Solomons case, he had knee surgery just last year already. And the fact he's not been able to fully recover when he should have been fit 3 month's ago, tells me that's probably more on the fragility of his body than any sort of "training methods"

ACLs can pop anytime, Perisic and MCLs are a common injury in a lot of sports, Solomon. Serious quad tendon injuries are a bit rarer though, Kawhi Leonard and Tony Parker had some real trouble with quads that set them back a fair chunk of time, hopefully Destiny's was a case of repair rather than reattachment, sounds like it from the timeframe given. He had ice on that left knee early in the season so I'm guessing it has degenerated over time with a step change for the worse during training, sometimes scans can tell you a lot or fuck all and you just have to keep going and it gets better or it doesn't.
