Well, Newcastle are 6th so fingers crossed that holds firm tomorrow and we make it equally as hard for them.

It's a big game for both clubs.

City are the best team, Woolwich are currently the most confident. We need to win tomorrow and then Conte can commit to addressing those occasions where there is fragility of the collective mind.

A draw is not great but it would be fine. Losing would be damaging. It's possible.

A draw isn’t great at all, not at home and especially after that shit United performance. If it were St James Park, then you have a point but tomorrow is a win at all costs. Even more so with Liverpool, United and Chelsea dropping points

What ever the result, the end game is still the same which is, that spurs are not in a title race but are in a top six one.

A draw is fine. Not great but it's okay.. What we cannot afford is a loss..

It's very simple..

Can I ask have you supported Tottenham long…..🤔

Not a race for the title no.

You said a race for top 6. That's what this conversation is about.

A win tomorrow would see us 8 points clear of 6th place. Is that what constitutes a race in your eyes? Us being 8 points clear?

We're in a top four race and a win puts us in a great position.

Yes because the thread is about the title which we are not involved in.
A top six finish is more likely, it's what is relative to our club overall.

Fair enough.

Just surprised you'd think we're more in a top 6 race, when we'd be closer to the top with a win tomorrow than we would be to 6th place.

Let's get 4th eh!

Totally disagree.

If we're not going to be picking up many points in big away games then we sure as hell better be making sure we beat the teams on the periphery of the top 6 at home.

Your expectations are too low if you'd be content with a draw at home to the Geordies after how dismal the United game was. The fans deserve a reaction.

Irrespective of your analysis, which has much justification, losing is the outcome that needs to be avoided.

But if we lose it’s just 3pts. 8 pts over 25+ Games isn’t much at all anyway.
