Cheltenham won 2-1, without Etete scoring so the motm shows his overall contribution.
Clarke played 80 mins for Sunderland and received a lot f good reviews from Sunderland fans
Great first touch for Etete's assist

For a big man, he's very good with his feet. Offers something differentEtete is no shrinking violet. He was chatting to the officials all game.
I’ve heard quite a few people say this but I’ve always marginally preferred Michael. His twin brother, Matthew, has always seemed to be a notch above Michael as a player, but it will probably seem strange for the twins to be separated..
Cheltenham do not have a lot of good players. For a big man, he's very good with his feet. Offers something different
Both these guys are taking up HG slots in the squad with only the remote likelihood of either featuring in a first team game. (Not that that is an issue currently).Alfie Whiteman (GK) rumoured to have had his contract extended to June 2023 and to be in US ahead of a loan deal in MLS. No doubt all will be confirmed in coming days/weeks.
No news on Brandon Austin (currently 3rd GK) but at same time as Whiteman's contract and loan is announced I'd expect an announcement of a similar contract extension

Can't understand why at least one was not loaned already (with a callback option) or at least give them U23 games.
It's hard to have an opinion about either's ability as I doubt I've seen either play more than once.
Mikey Moore scored two goals for an E u15 side. Has been a Spurs u15 this season but often playing for Spurs u16's so we might see him playing u18 football some time next season, and in Academy Year 1 the following season
Not too dissimilar to Adebayor in physical stature, maybe less natural talent but hopefully much better grey matter!!!For a big man, he's very good with his feet. Offers something different
Do you remember all these youngsters, or have a spreadsheet?
This thread is safe haven, mostly, from the madness of life!
According to LS he has been trialling at Southampton. In addition, we have agreed to release midfielder Michael Craig from his contract.
According to LS he has been trialling at Southampton.
Bit odd to release him as he had an officially announced contract until 2023.
That's a fair point but it's funny that he went from a player awarded a 2023 contract to being released with supposedly an EPL side interested in him.Might be odd but pragmatic to terminate his contract if we didn't think he'd make it at Spurs as we've got a lot of u21's - in CM we have Harvey White, Jamie Bowden, Nile John, Alfie Devine and Matthew Craig probably ahead of him.
Problem we have is so many u21's e cannot play them all or loan them out
