Lucas had a chant that everyone sang post-Ajax game, I've NEVER heard it since.
There were 3 or 4 other new ones made for the CL Final, never to be heard.

"Nice one Sonny" I haven't heard for at least two years.

It's pathetic.

Agree 100%. Sonny and Lucas are two of our best players, and it’s not like “Nice one Heung Min” is too difficult to remember (although maybe for younger fans who don’t remember the original). We should be singing about both EVERY game.

Was thinking this the other night watching the Dippers B team.... They even have a song for Minamino ffs!

We've really slacked off over the years.

I'm sure some will argue that we have a lot of new players and that too many haven't excelled, but songs never used to be reserved only for our best players.

- No song for Lloris is criminal.
- Son deserves his name sung regularly; be that "nice one" or something new.
- Lucas Moura fits the old Depeche Mode/Lewis Holtby riff..... Perhaps rehash a few others.
- Na na na nah, hey hey hey.... Reg-uil-lon.
- Gio-vanni Lo-Celso fits 'Living La Vida Loca' perfectly.
- LaBamba also fits Lo Ceslo.

Let's face it; making our current crop feel like they belong wouldn't hurt.

You’re right - no song for Hugo is criminal. I remember the same for Jenas - maybe not the best player to grace a Spurs shirt but he always put in a shift, was Spurs through and through (still is based on his punditry), and scored key goals in big matches. Yet ne’er a song in his name did I hear in the terraces.

Regarding Lo Celso I recall someone on here thinking of a song to Sinita’s “So Macho” and now whenever he’s got the ball in a game I can’t get that bloody song out my head! Maybe worth a reprise?

Ndombele; Ndombele... Ndombele; Ndombele...
Ndombele; Ndombele... Ndombele; Ndombele...

Tangeeeeeeeeeee... Eeeee-eee-eee-eeeee.... Eee N-Dom-bel-eeeee

That is brilliant and funny in equal measure. I love it!!! Hope this one has legs.

You get a few new ones in the pubs but they rarely make it to the stands. 1882 was good for that but sadly that went by the wayside.
I still am... Wha thank you Sir!

...oh, you meant the other 1882!

Hugo-Yiddo-Hugo-Yiddo-Hugo works very well at the start of the half as he runs to the 'Park Lane', that's what I chant anyway!

I've lost count the amount of times I've tried starting "MouraMouraMoura, how d'ya like it howd'ya like it?"

Tried it Sunday when he scored, only a handful joined in... I guess '70s disco songs aren't 'fashionable' any more(a) and I'm just showing my age!

My proudest one was started at Wembley, when all 3 scored in the same game I think (well at least 2 of them did):
"Dele-Kane-Son, Dele-Kane-Son,
Dele-Kane-Son, that's whatcha need,
if you wanna be the best, mmmm, better than the rest,
Oooh-ooh, Dele-Kane-Son's what you need!"
(To the tune 'Dedication')

Again, only a few around me joined in, but considering it was pretty much off the top of my head, and fir perfectly, I was pretty pleased with it...

Is Record Breakers even still on??

Number 4 he plays in lilywhite and likes a fight. Romero
Came to Spurs when he was 23, his name's Cuti. Romero.
And he f**King hates the Woolwich, he's good on the ball.

20 Woolwich players ready for a game
20 Woolwich players ready for a game
But if 1 Woolwich player is feeling pretty lame
There are no Woolwich players ready for a game.

(To the tune of hokie kokie)
Ooooooooh Deki Kulusevski

(To the tune of McNamaras Band)
Oh my name is Hugo Lloris and I'm captain of the Spurs
Seen us in 3 stadiums with seven managers
There was Tim and Poch and Mason, the Portuguese 'n' all.
One thing always stays the same, my hate for Woolwich.
La la la la.....

Can we ditch the Woolwich auto-correct on TFC?

It's sad that the latest chant is 'Antonio oooo (repeat, etc)' as it's just lifted from Chelsea. Particularly as Antonio rhymes with Yiddo!

We should reclaim that fucking irritating 'Tottenham get battered,' like the Y word.

I still maintain keeping it simple is key to chants catching on. As long as we sing players' names, sure they appreciate it just as much as 2 verses and a chorus.

the fact he's used their name in 3 out of the 4 songs shows precisely why we still need it!

SIX mentions of them, compared to only THREE mentions of Spurs!

That's TWICE as many....!!! and people say they're obsessed with us!

It started with a homeless portugeezer
We didn't have a striker
and quickly ended up in the mire
The fans got him fired, baldy got Conte hired
He quickly banned the ketchup
And now it's all mustard

Allez Allez Allez

I hope my song catches on. Just made this one 😂

Hello, first-time poster here. With the imminent arrival of Spence on top of all the other signings this summer - finally the famous 2019 "rebuild" is happening! - I thought I'd submit this little jingle that I thought of for approval:

All I ever wanted, all I ever needed
Is here at the Lane
Paratici makes things look easy
Bound for glory again
