Isn't today the Day? Aurier day! I'm excited.....
Least we'll all be here to console each other later :dierpochhug:
Fcuking joke.
How can it have been sorted weeks ago? His Visa is NOTHING to do with Spurs, his conviction is NOTHING to do with Spurs. Aurier's team have been working on the various elements to his legal issues both in France and England for over a year!Total joke just like the whole shambles of a window. Levy leaving our prime right back target to the last minute with it hinging on a potential failed visa. You just couldn't make this up could you. Why wasn't this all sorted weeks ago?
His question was why weren't we trying to sign him in June/July when it was already clear that Kyle was leaving? How can it have been sorted weeks ago? His Visa is NOTHING to do with Spurs, his conviction is NOTHING to do with Spurs. because he was not allowed in the country and we needed to see the outcome of his appeal? The question then is should we have gone for a safer option who we could get in early or take the risk on a player that we really want. We are trying to compete with clubs that have a lot more money than us hence the need to take risks to get beat them. His question was why weren't we trying to sign him in June/July when it was already clear that Kyle was leaving?
So you don't want him then? Then why go for a position we clearly need at the last fucking minute then!!!! This bloody chairman of ours never learns. We are potentially going into the last day of the window feeding off scraps and fringe right backs if this Aurier don't work out: it's the same shit every single window
Pray tell, how do we sort his visa out before the result of his appeal?Utter shambles if this doesn't come off. Should of been sorting out his visa months ago when we knew Kyle Walker was off: We are playing Russian roulette with our transfer window every single summer
The situation would be EXACTLY the same as it is now. His legal issues has NOTHING to do with Spurs. Whether we went for him last year, or June or now, the issues would STILL be there. His question was why weren't we trying to sign him in June/July when it was already clear that Kyle was leaving?
