How can it have been sorted weeks ago? His Visa is NOTHING to do with Spurs, his conviction is NOTHING to do with Spurs. Aurier's team have been working on the various elements to his legal issues both in France and England for over a year!
His question was why weren't we trying to sign him in June/July when it was already clear that Kyle was leaving?

Utter shambles if this doesn't come off. Should of been sorting out his visa months ago when we knew Kyle Walker was off: We are playing Russian roulette with our transfer window every single summer

The question then is should we have gone for a safer option who we could get in early or take the risk on a player that we really want. The situation would be EXACTLY the same as it is now. His legal issues has NOTHING to do with Spurs. Whether we went for him last year, or June or now, the issues would STILL be there.
