Well basically to match your story I was in central London and followed the game via my phone in a Starbucks..

Very pleased with that result and the overall performance. Monday mornings are always so much nicer after a decent result!

I thought the whole team played well and looked confident (bar a few minutes at the end). It was nice to seeDempsey have a nice game, putting the effort for the full 90 mins and setting up 2 of the goals. Dawson had a a solid performance and it was good to see him back. I loved the fact JD scored against them and shut the pikey's up for a bit!

It was also nice to not hear one single boo towards the team or AVB and even the Paxton made a little (although just a little) bit of noise. They are 95% still a miserable lot though! I hate having me ST in that stand but needs must in order to attend every week.

I can't even be arsed to talk about their fans. All I can say is.. c*nts... the lot of them!!

From block 29 I can confirm the atmosphere was a little flat at times first half, but picked up significantly second half. Bale and Daws were immense yesterday and Dempsey was much improved. Thudd still looked a little out of his depth though.

On the Hammers; while I saw the flare lobbed into Park Lane and heard the Hitler and Lazio songs, to be fair to them, I didn't hear any hissing.... Class lot they are.

Just 17 year old morons with fake Stone Island tops thinking they're big time. There wasn't any hate about it or any calculated evilness, just narrow-minded idiocy. Doubt Benayoun took it personally and I don't think any Jewish people associated with our club, be it our chairman or our fans, should either.

Kick them out to set an example, but I don't think it's something that you can wipe out. There will always be morons at the football, always.

Sandro clapping fans as he goes off on a stretcher. Well done son.
