Question for the podcast. Have asked about 8 weeks in a row now. Would you rather...

Bill Nicholson's Grandson comes through the youth team and becomes the best player in the clubs history, but before he hits his prime he does a Sol Campbell and leaves us on a free transfer to join Woolwich where he enjoys years of sucess.

Or

Ray Parlour Jr breaks through at Woolwich and leads their team to a decade of domiance in the Premier League and Europe, winning the Ballon D'or 5 seasons in a row. Whenever Spurs produce a top player from that point on the phrase "He is no Ray Parlour Jr" will be said.

What are your opinions on, instead of a "singing section" there is a "charging section" where people can plug their tablets / phones / laptops, and even toasters if they so desire, into a charging point on their seat.

This way people do not need to fear that they are missing out on Facebook events / hilarious tweets and potential tinder matches whilst at the football? There is nothing worse than running out of battery when trying to tweet a selfie to let all your friends know you are enjoying the soccer. I believe this would not only solve this, but allow people to use their electrical items much more in WHL thus eradicating those loud hooligans that plague block 35.

Let's say you go to a restaurant and order up calamari, you eat it, and it's absolutely delicious. One of the best plates of food you've ever had in your life. You're immediately told after you've eaten it that it isn't squid, but in fact foreskin. Would you ever order it again, and if so, would you recommend it to your friends?

If the club genuinely made the match day experience one of the best in the country (cheaper tickets, cheaper catering, 1882 section, less aggressive stewarding etc.) would this make crap results much easier to take and would we be happier to finish mid table every year?

Or is enjoyment of football now all about a mix of good results for your team and enjoying schadenfreude when rivals lose?

If the one and only way of funding the new stadium was for you to rim Katie Hopkins after she has taken a shit, would you do it, or stick with what we've got?

Publicly rim. On This Morning in front of Philip Schofield.

Recording tonight, mate - what did you want to ask?
cool,
just about Massimo Luoungo, former spurs youth player a couple of years ago, went on loan to swindon town then moved permanently there.
Now he's in the australian national team and is putting in some top performances, scored a great header in the opening game of the asian cup against Kuwait.
just wondering if you knew why we got rid of him, it because we could sell him off for a profit or would be because the club just didnt think that he was good enough.
with the likes of Sandro, Dembele etc. in his way in the midfield

If you could swap any one of our players for anyone in the premier league who'd it be and why?

Remember it's a double edge sword inflicting our dross on someone and taking their cream

It's cool I'm not desperate to know or anything. Just figured he seems to be an unsung hero at the moment and seemed a random appointment at the time. (Didn't realise he was coaching. But turns out he was looking after our U16s part time.)

Found a great article from a little while back where he comes accross really well.

Particularly love this passage:
"At Spurs winning a Youth game by being safe, unimaginative, and technically poor, doesn't sit well at all. I am interested in how many of that team will progress into the Tottenham first team, or have a career in football in another first team."

Wonder whether he'll ever make the move into first team management.

I remember reading that a while back.
Re: making the move into first team management, John McDermott was quick to point out to me that some coaches specialise working with young players and their skill-sets wouldn't transfer so well to coaching adults. Wonder whether this is the case here.

I've asked the question about getting an interview!

If you were to put a cucumber and a courgette up your bum, in no particular order and one at a time, do you think you would be able to say which was which?

When I read this I felt very defensive of Flav, who puts a hell of a lot of time and effort into trying to make WHL a better place for all of us.

But in hindsight, thanks for inspiring an awesome section of the pod.
Thanks Windy, with hindsight maybe I was a tad too direct, but fuck it, the question got read and tackled.

Flav Flav Thanks for taking the question. First off I love how TFC deal head on with criticism, how you dealt with the criticisms last year with the type of songs sung etc. was courageous and non-knee jerk and taking my question shows the same maturity and most importantly highlighted the passion is still there!

I apologise, I should have been more specific in my question as I was referring to U21 game turn outs. I have been attending U21 games before 1882 movement and was at the The Valley when 1882 turned up on mass. I had never heard of the movement (moving in the wrong circles) until that night and have ever since that night been hooked. It has also brought me here to the best Spurs supporter website, the best Spurs forum and the most glorious of all football fanzines available.

I have seen the movement grow and become more confident in what it represents, which is I guess the genesis of my question, as despite its growth I do remain disappointed that rather U21 attendances (1882) increase they have decreased for these games, there has to be a reason for this. Yes, having the games held at Dagenham & Redbridge or Stevenage may contribute to this but if that is the case how/why did so many turn up at The Valley that first night? Or why was there 1,500 at Underhill but last year at WHL when we played the scum there was only the 200 or so that usually turn out? The semi-final at the Bridge last season was a cracking night, but couldn't help but feel what if, what if we took 1,500 down there. Given our academy is the talk of the town and the anticipation amongst Spurs fans of wanting to know who is the next player to break though surely the opportunity is there to grow the movement, or just get more fans in enjoying a night of Spurs footy.

I have no idea what help you need but only too happy to chip-in please feel free to DM me and ask.
