Yet the guy is still here. After 20 years.
20 years of nearly.
20 years of almost bearing fruit but something happening that prevents it
20 years of "we're going to build a world class stadium"
20 years of watching Wigan, Portsmouth, win an FA Cup. Teams like Watdord, Palace, Villa, Hull, Cardiff, West Ham andMillwall getting to the final. Leicester winning the league title when we were the only challengers.
20 years of signing dud after dud
20 years of appointing clowns as coaches.
20 years of doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Hmmmm

how many of those teams do you want to swap places with out of interest?

Not at Mainz he didn't, he won fuck all in his first 8 years of managing. How long has Nagelsmann been a manager?
To be fair to Klopp, he did gain promotion to the Bundesliga with Mainz (the club had never before been in the first division), and led them to a UEFA Cup spot (Mainz were knocked out by eventual champions, Sevilla) despite having the smallest budget and smallest stadium in the German top flight.

Mainz were then relegated a couple of seasons later, with Klopp showing loyalty by staying with the club, but he resigned at the end of the season ('07-'08) when he failed to again gain Mainz promotion back to the BL1, and signed for Dortmund (despite interest from Bayern.)

Right now I would take almost anyone , so we were left with primarily Spurs fans on a Spurs site. These
fanboys of Jose are starting to become tiresome. No issue with the Spurs fans who for some reason rate him , it’s the mob who will follow him to wherever he goes next that are becoming a chore .
I’ve stopped reading the Mourinho thread...

Almost as bad as the Poch fanbois who want him back

If Canada finally make it through World Cup qualifying I can see John Herdman becoming a name that is suggested for 2022/23.
