We could go to a 4-3-3 for the next game, with Parker, Carroll and Dembele as a middle trio, and Siggy, Holtby and Ade as a front trio.
But regardless of formation, the lads will have to stand up and be counted. We all knew that for one reason or another at some point this season Gareth's great run would come to an end and then the rest have to lift their games to compensate.
