It's still early but this could be a sequel to this:

(By which I mean Sacramento might become a world class manager, and Mourinho recognizes himself in Joao as a young coach without football experience)
You mean like this?

Has an air of fear about him, big step up and he's feeling it IMO. When we went 0-2 Vs Olympiacos I noticed he looked petrified walking up to Mourinho (as I suspect he didn't have changes to mind, just fear).

Not sold in psychological terms, no doubt he is a bright minded young man, just needs to learn some streets on persona.

No diss, just interpretations of my filter.
What a load of utter bollocks.

Allegedly he's a big fan of roast beef & yorkshire pudding..... How's this play into things, boss?

Very excited by this appointment. I did say that Mourinhos choice as his assistant was a vital one because of the potential influence on how we will play. This guy is young with fresh ideas, already highly rated and thought of with those in the game and it will mean Jose will just do what he does best which is the mental side, instilling a winning mentality and in-game tactics/management.

If we can also get Campo as DoF then we really are all set up to challenge at the highest level again for the next couple of years at least

Campo is key for me, puts a barrier between Levy and Mourinho and hopefully with Campo and Mourinhos connections we can get the players we need in without delay. I really want this club to have a DoF/Sporting Director.

Interesting article on our new number 2. I think this is a clear indicator that Mourinho has changed his approach to management. He is known for past, counter attacking football, which is the opposite of what Mourinho specialises in. I think it could be a great pairing for us.

You have to wonder how much of our problems are down to Sacramento. Granted, it's not like the overall tactical direction now seems vastly different from when Jose had Rui Faria, but the effectiveness and outcomes are certainly not there.

Not hating on the guy or looking for a scapegoat, but I'm genuinely puzzled by what I see on the pitch from the players.
Worrying that his name is an anagram of “Jose sack the mental”
