Yes we have HG rules but stick in a proper youngster like Tanganga, Devine or Skipp if it’s all about making the numbers up. Plenty of genuine talent and hunger. Winks is league 1

He was hiding through the whole game. After asking for more time in the first team, he was given 90 minutes of a final - under a new manager -, and he did absolutely nothing. Lucas turning and suffering fouls was everything the team did to "progress the ball" today. Now, I´ve always thought of Winks that way - a Lingard type of player. But honestly, Winks is a worse kind of Lingard. He is not just someone who didn't match expectations of a future great talent; unlike Lingard, who has a good history of performing in important matches - title winning goals, etc -, Winks can't handle any sort of pressure. I don´t see him doing so well in West Ham or Everton, for example.

He is Newcastle/Southampton level.
