Another stunning performance. Brilliant stuff.

He was our most dispossessed player before this game but that showing will really have cemented him for that prize.

Quick, do another fucking interview.

Not good enough in the wide positions in this system. In fact, I don't think any of our wingers are good enough. Massive area to address in the summer as we simply aren't dangerous or threatening enough.

He was cooking when he got moved to 10 :ange-arms:

Honestly thought he was the worst attacker out there.

Son at least was making off the ball runs and getting in goal scoring positions ( just no service really outside of a decent chance in the first half)...even though Johnson missed 2 1v1s...he still seemed to be more of a threat....

He just lost the ball over and over. Dithered, lost it again. At one point he just stopped and passed the ball out of play.

He’s got no agility, no balance, no pace. All he has is a good left peg and an eye for a pass, which is ten a penny at this level. His strength is useful as well sometimes but counteracted by being so fucking immobile.

This guy is not a starting right-winger for a top four PL team. No matter what shit his fans post about him. He slows everything down and defenders are insanely comfortable with him.

Clear as day this is our biggest issue.

We have no wingers with both speed and tekkers. Either too slow (Kulu and nowadays Son) or not good enough technically/decision making (Werner/BJ)

#Bj is OBS young enough that this could change but as of now it's true

Couldn’t have said it better myself. So fucking spot on

Do you think he can be converted to CAM successfully?

Depends by your definition of successfully. I don’t think he’ll ever be top 4 starting quality in any position.

He struggles when games get congested and he needs to play at speed. His reliance on one foot will always be an issue when he lacks attributes to get away from defenders like a Foden.

He wants so much time on the ball. As soon as more than one defender comes near him you can guess what is happening next.

yea...seriously....

tbh Kulus great start to the spurs is probably due to fact he was new to the league...now that the league has now adjusted to Kulus game...he has struggled badly.

Playing devil's advocate, he does have an ability to use his strength to shield the ball well. I'm just curious if that can help him at CAM.

As for next season, he absolutely should not be starting for us. Maddison back up, and we need to buy another RW.

Yeah that’s one of his assets. He is strong and can shield it.

But it falls apart weighed up against the negatives. Fulham came with energy and pressed in packs and he couldn’t cope.

When teams get stretched and he can play in space (e.g second half vs Villa) he can do good work.
