It was harsh but extremely stupid nonetheless. There was no need following through like that giving away a penalty.
It's really beyond me how a team of EPL refs get away with such blatant blunders s o - and get yet away with it.
If all these mistakes in favor or Woolwich were done in a match, in say, Africa, immediately match-fixing would be brought up.
Officials in the EPL are also corrupt and clearly favors certain teams. VAR has simply made it even more clear how biased and corrupted EPL refs are.

Play him DM, bring Drag to RCB. Solves several of our issues namely no one who can shoot from distance in midfield, not enough physicality in midfield and poor ability at heading for defensive corners
