His comments lead to more issues than they fix. He needs some serious media training, especially when it comes to handling players.
It's simple, they refuse to leave? Buy players in their positions who are actually hungry for success/able to do their job and exile the ones you don't want to the reserves or out of the squad.
Rashford especially has made it clear he's not interested anymore, he would have the same effect in or out of the squad.
