Transfermarkt has testified in Italian Court that their prices are not accurate and do not show true market value for players. A 29 year old whom has had 1 good season in 5 other than his time at Newcastle he has played his whole time outside of Europe. Anything over £10M will be too much.

What about CIES? They also have his value at around €30m.

Quite a lot of the transfers seem to be for around the market values held on these two sites. Look at Spurs' deals this season. Transfermarkt valued Kane at around €110m, you got €95m. Harry Winks MV€12m, you got €11.6m, Brennan Johnson MV €48m, you paid €55m, Ashley Phillips €2m you paid €2.3m.
