Thing is its kind of pointless. You'll even hear it when the opposition win a clean header in our box

I always shout 'winners' when one of our team is going up for a header - it's just a natural reaction

I always shout 'hit it' when the ball falls to a player on the edge of the box after a poorly cleared set piece.

My brother used to shout "catch it" when he played for combined armed forces in goal and he swears it made it easier for him to get the ball.
