Conte, don't hit your head on the way out.

He obviously has no ideas left. No creativity no gameplan, no improvement.

Let's not waste one more window to worsen us. Last season he came in and steadied the ship. But after getting in number of players we have collapsed.
 
time to go. his naivety with son has killed him in the final third. his sticking with DD killed him in defense up until now. the fact lloris is the fucking captain sums this club up. being too late to react to games that its clear midfield needs beefing is unacceptable from a so called elite manager. absolute waste of money. get a proper man in whos gonna shift the shit thats been letting the club down for years.
 
He’s likely gone. Luckily that means that serial winners Dier, Davies, Lloris, Doherty, Emerson, Sessegnon, Hojbjerg etc get a clean slate under the new manager. Heck we might even get to watch Ndombele and Lo Celso again until inevitably revert to shit.

I don't think we can replace all 25 squad members. Maybe we can find someone who has any ideas how to make them work and then improve problem areas?

Right now we are mainly linked with large midfield players. People who move ball in the same snail pace as current ones.

It is Conte gameplan to play like dogshit and hope to score from set-piece.
No ideas, no plan, freezing out players and sticking with "favourites" - get the fuck out.
 
I think it is time for Conte to go. Great manager and all but things are falling apart. I don't think he is too much to blame as the players have failed manager after manager for years. We need to explode the squad and rebuild.

Exactly this. If this club couldn't win with Mourinho and peak Conte, it can never win with this regime.

You can’t replace them in one window but so many of them should have been moved on starting years ago.

You can’t honestly believe these players can still be salvaged. At most they get a new manager bounce for a few games and rever to their normal, which is abysmal shit.
 
Unfortunately from an ENIC perspective it totally makes sense sacking him.

Shut the fans up for a few months, get people to forget about all our transfer failings until the next fall guy needs booting.

A fish rots from the head down.
